A Hard but Honest Update from Piper Magic

Hi friends,

This is one of the hardest messages I’ve had to write.

To everyone who’s been waiting on an order, I want to start with a genuine and heartfelt apology. I know that the delays have been unacceptable, and the lack of clear communication has made things worse. You put your trust in Piper Magic — and in me — and I’ve let many of you down.

Despite my best efforts over the past few months, my trading conditions have continued to decline. Stock delays, supplier issues, and financial strain have made it impossible to keep up. While I’ve been able to ship some recent orders, many older ones are still outstanding. That’s not okay — and it’s on me.

Here’s what’s happening next:

  • I will begin issuing refunds on long-overdue orders that cannot be fulfilled.
    These may take time to process due to my current financial position, but please know they will be honoured. No one is being forgotten or ignored.

  • Recent orders (where stock is available or secured) will still be fulfilled as soon as I’m able.

  • In the meantime, I’ll be operating in a limited trading capacity. If you're looking for new release magic gear and staples for performers during this time, I highly recommend visiting Art of Conjuring Magic Studio.

I’m embarrassed that it’s come to this. I truly believed I could turn it around, but I dropped the ball on communication, and that’s made things worse. You deserved better — not just as customers, but as fellow magicians and good people.

I’m not giving up — but I do need time to regroup, repay, and rebuild properly.

Thank you, deeply, to everyone who’s stuck with me through this rough patch. I’m sorry it’s been such a mess. I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

Piper Magic Is Back (Kinda...)

We’ve made solid progress on catching up with overdue orders — thank you to everyone who’s shown patience and understanding during the chaos. The store is now re-opened, but things will still be running slower than usual while we get back to full speed.

If you’re placing a new order, please allow a little extra time for shipping. I’m personally handling fulfilment while final stock shipments arrive from overseas, so you’re not dealing with some faceless warehouse — it’s just me, doing my best to make it right.

I know delays aren’t fun, and I’m doing everything I can to get magic back in your hands ASAP. Thanks for sticking with me.

Hey friends,

I need to hit pause for a little while. This year has thrown more curveballs than I care to admit — a chain reaction of delays, personal challenges, and unexpected setbacks that have built up over time.

The result?

Orders have run late. Emails and messages have gone unanswered longer than they should. And truthfully, the level of service you’ve received from me hasn’t lived up to the standard I set for myself — or the trust you’ve placed in my little magic shop.

So I’m closing the store temporarily to catch up, get back on track, and make things right.

If you have an order outstanding — rest assured, it will be fulfilled. I’m working through every order personally to get it to you as quickly as I can. If you’d prefer to cancel your order and receive a refund instead, I completely understand — just send me an email and I’ll take care of it for you. This isn’t goodbye — it’s just a necessary reset so I can come back stronger, better organised, and able to serve the magic community the way I’ve always intended.
