To assist you with purchasing, we have provided a detailed list of service features below. Should you need any further assistance in placing your order please don't hesitate to contact us.



We take shipments from our US suppliers weekly. Normal receiving days for processing are between Tuesday - Thursday, however this can vary pending courier or customs delays. We aim to process all outstanding orders same day as these shipments are received, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Cut off times for shipments are as follows:

  • Order must be received no later than 8pm each Friday to make that weeks shipment from our supplier. This can vary depending on which supplier we are ordering from.

Should you wish to cancel a Special Order product already shipped from our supplier, refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee. International shipping delays and customs clearance delays may impact these decisions, and the restocking fee can be applied at managements discretion.

From July 1st 2023 free shipping will apply to Australian addressed orders with a minimum spend of AUD$150 and over.

All our freight options are automated per country. This has been identified as the fastest and most economical method of getting your order to you efficiently.

In stock items are dispatched, in most cases, within 1 working day of placing your order however please allow up to 2 working days for any unforeseen delays. Should your order contain a Special Order or Pre Order product, the entire shipment will be held until all items from that order are ready to send.

If you wish to split the order, additional postage may be charged.

Australian Customers*

  • Parcel Post & Express Post** provide tracking and delivery time will vary depending on you location.
    Most orders, once dispatched, arrive within 2-5 working days.
  • Not all Australian locations will fall within the next day delivery zone for Express.
  • Sendle delivery is a courier service that often is cheaper than Australia Post to most major locations. Please be aware that Sendle cannot deliver to Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes, will not carry flash products or other HAZMAT goods, and only offer Authority to Leave without signature for delivery. If you have selected Sendle and don't align with these restrictions, an alternative option will be presented with another carrier.

International Customers**

  • We ship worldwide, however reserve the right to reject an order for any reason.
  • All international shipping will be calculated individually based on weight, size of goods, and your geographical location.
  • Please be aware that the Economy Air shipping option, while affordable, offers no tracking and is low priority for the postal service. Delivery time can be very slow and cannot be traced should it go missing.

* Domestic orders may be delayed by Australia post during their peak season, October to January. Orders may also be delayed by public holidays. Tracking numbers are provided via email when requested.

** International orders may be delayed when entering the destination country for customs processing/inspections, etc. Some international orders may also be subject to duty, taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.



The handling of deliveries once packed and sent are the sole responsibility of the postage/courier company employed. We will provide a trackable delivery service when possible however sometimes items do go missing or get damaged in transit.

In the event of lost or damaged deliveries, we will endeavour to investigate the matter thoroughly however we will not provide compensation as liability ultimately lies with the postage/courier company. Compensation claims can be lodged with the courier or postal service directly.

Shopping with Piper Magic is very simple!

  • Add the desired products to your cart and when you have finished shopping, click "Cart" in the top right hand corner.
  • Once on the cart page you will see all the items you have added to the cart. You can edit the items quantity or remove items if you wish. When you're ready to complete your order click the "Checkout" button.
  • Follow the checkout prompts, enter your address details and select a payment option. Click Submit and your done!
  • You will receive a receipt for your purchase by email, so ensure your email address is correct on the order.
  • If you have made a mistake on your order please send us a message via our contact us page as soon as possible and we will be happy to help you.




Our inventory system is synced with our warehouse so you get real-time stock availability. However, occasionally items may be entered incorrectly, which results in an item you ordered being sold out. In this instance we will notify you of the unavailable item as soon as possible and you may choose another item or place your purchase on back order.

We reserve the right to remove any item from sale at anytime, without prior notice.




We endeavour to keep our prices very competitive, and monitor against the set retail prices listed in USD$. All our prices listed are in AUD$, and are subject to change at any time without notice. This is due to the fluctuating currency rates, and changes in shipping method/provider from our supplier.

Prices on individual items may be altered up until the transaction is complete (transfer of funds).
