I didn't realise that the item wasn't in stock and had to be shipped from the USA so I was complaining because I had paid express post and the item hadn't arrived fast.
Sean explained the situation and I ate had to eat humble pie.
Sean was amazing, the item is fantastic though a little small for king sized adult or maybe I just have big thumbs.
But over all A+ service and quality
